Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Production and delivery

Every item is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes another 3–4 business days after fulfillment.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at shop@backto.lu. We’ll try to help, but an address can’t always be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Delayed or missing orders

If tracking shows that an order should have arrived, first check the delivery address, contact the carrier or local post office, and check with neighbors or other members of your household.

If you still can’t locate it, email shop@backto.lu with your order number.
